Who we are

Lucid MedComms is operated by Feisia Dam, based in Sydney, Australia. ABN 45 941 988 285.

What we collect

When you sign up for the Lucid Focus Group beta, we collect:

• Name, email address, organisation, role, and content type (from the signup form)
• Content you submit for evaluation

How we use your information

• To deliver the Lucid Focus Group evaluation you’ve requested
• To send occasional updates about Lucid MedComms services — you can opt out at any time
• To respond to your enquiries

Content you submit for evaluation

Content submitted for evaluation is used solely for your evaluation. It is not used to train AI models. It is not shared across clients. Session data is archived securely for 30 days, then permanently deleted.

Third-party services

We use the following services to operate Lucid Focus Group:

• Supabase — database hosting (your signup information)
• Vercel — website hosting
• Anthropic (Claude)— AI evaluation engine. Content is processed via API and is not retained for model training per Anthropic’s data policy.
• Stripe — payment processing. We do not store your card details.

Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete your data at any time by emailing hello@lucidmedcomms.com. You can unsubscribe from emails via the link included in every email we send.

Data security

All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Access is restricted to Feisia Dam. We are happy to sign mutual NDAs before any content is shared.

Cookies

This website uses minimal cookies for essential functionality only. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect any changes.
